If you’re ready to bring a little fall into your home, Walmart is worth a stop right now. I recently walked through the fall decor aisles at my local store, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many pretty pieces I found. There were lots of warm florals, cozy throws, candles, woven textures, wood accents and pumpkins that could easily work into a home without making it feel overly themed.
I especially loved the mix of natural textures and warm fall colors. Think wicker, wood, amber tones, soft fabrics and faux greenery—pieces that can make your home feel cozy for fall while still working with the decor you already have.
Here are some of the Walmart fall finds that caught my eye.
1. Bring in Fall With Faux Florals
One of the easiest ways to make a room feel seasonal is with a beautiful faux floral arrangement.
Walmart had several arrangements in warm autumn colors, along with individual stems and greenery that could be placed in a vase you already own. I particularly liked the more muted combinations of greens, creams, browns and rust rather than arrangements that were overwhelmingly orange.
Styling idea: Place a fall arrangement on an entryway table, kitchen island or dining table. You don’t need to decorate the entire room—one substantial arrangement can make a noticeable difference.
Walmart currently has several fall floral arrangements available, including arrangements in neutral ceramic and woven containers.

2. Wicker & Woven Pieces Add Instant Warmth
This was one of my favorite things about the fall selection I saw.
The wicker pumpkins, woven trays and wicker vase bring in texture without screaming “fall.” That’s what makes pieces like these so versatile.
A woven tray can be used on a coffee table with a candle and a small pumpkin, or on a kitchen counter to corral a few decorative pieces. And a wicker vase can stay out well beyond fall.
Walmart currently has a number of woven and rattan-inspired fall pieces, including woven pumpkins and a natural rattan decorative vase.

3. Mix Wood & Wicker Pumpkins With Your Everyday Decor
If traditional orange pumpkin decor isn’t your thing, look for pumpkins made from wood, wicker and natural-looking materials.
These were some of the pieces I liked most because they add a fall touch without taking over a room.
Try grouping three pumpkins together in different sizes, or mix a pumpkin with a vase, candle or small stack of books. The key is to vary the heights and textures rather than lining up a collection of identical pieces.

4. Don’t Forget the Candles
Fall candles are one of my favorite inexpensive ways to change the feeling of a room.
Walmart had lots of warm seasonal scents and pretty containers, from smaller pumpkin-shaped candles to larger candles that can become part of your decor.
And you don’t necessarily have to choose a candle that looks overtly seasonal. Amber glass, ribbed containers and warm neutral colors can work beautifully with fall decorating without looking like Halloween.
Walmart’s current Better Homes & Gardens fall collection includes pumpkin candles, amber-toned candles and larger seasonal candles.

5. Cozy Things Up With a Soft Throw
And then there are the pieces that make fall feel like fall without actually being seasonal decor.
Throws are one of those pieces.
Drape one over the arm of a sofa, layer it at the end of a bed or keep one folded in a basket where it’s easy to grab on a cooler evening.
Walmart’s current Better Homes & Gardens assortment includes several cozy throw options, including faux-fur and knit styles.

How I’d Decorate With These Finds
The thing I liked most about these Walmart pieces is that you don’t need to buy a whole collection.
I’d pick one or two larger pieces—like a floral arrangement or throw—and then layer in smaller accents such as:
- A woven pumpkin
- A wood pumpkin
- A fall candle
- A wicker tray
- A few faux stems
- A small vase
That gives you a fall look that feels collected and cozy instead of overly decorated.
Final Thoughts
Walmart has some really pretty fall decor this year, and I think the natural textures are what make many of the pieces stand out. The wicker, wood, warm glass, soft throws and faux greenery can easily be mixed with pieces you already own.
You don’t have to completely redecorate your home for fall. Sometimes a new floral arrangement, a cozy throw and a few textured pumpkins are all you need to make your home feel ready for the season.
If you see something you love, I’d grab it while you can—seasonal inventory can change quickly.
